We asked a current customer if he had any issues with other projects we could help with. As it turns out he was having dramatic failures on a platform that was using a heater from our competition of another style of open coil heat. Calculations showed us our competition was using a much higher watt density then we would advise. By switching to our CB style heater we were able to fit more wire in the same area and lower his watt density; lowering coil temperature and extending heater life thus avoiding the dramatic failures.
