Heaters are made to order and can be custom designed for your specific application. Whether you configure a standard product or build something purely custom we've probably worked on a similar application. Air Heaters and Dryers for Flexographic and Gravure Printing

Electric air heaters are used in interstation and final stage dryers to expedite the evaporation of ink solvents and water.

Flow Torch™

Flow Torch™ heaters are highly efficient and ideal for heating large airflows. Farnam is developing several graduated sizes of this basic platform. This family of heaters is offered as a standard product with several options.

Flexographic Printing Story

This industry heavily uses our Flow Torches. Lots of time on production floors showed us most customers were modifying our heaters to the point they were voiding the warranty.

Polyimide Heaters

Thin, highly precise heaters with excellent dielectric strength. Rapid heat up followed by constant temperature and excellent heat transfer. Ideal anywhere there are space or weight restrictions. Custom shapes available.

Silicone Rubber Heaters

Silicone rubber heaters are durable industrial products with amazing properties. They are flexible, resistant to many chemicals, heat up quickly and are able to maintain precise temperatures.

Compressed Air Heaters

Industrial strength compressed air heaters ideal for rapidly heating air under high pressure with precise output temperature control.

Axial Fan Heaters

This heater mounts directly to square axial fans. It integrates a guard and optional over-temperature protection. Available with or without a blower. They are ideal for a wide range of drying, curing, and warming applications.
