Heat Torch™ 030
The Heat Torch™ 030 is ideal for concentrating hot air (and other non-combustible gas) streams into small areas with negligible heat losses. This 0.313” diameter air heater is our smallest standard Heat Torch™ delivering greater precision with a focused compressed air stream. It can be mounted vertically or horizontally. (Horizontal mounting is preferred at high temperatures.) Heat Torch™ 030 operates best with air flow in the range of 0.3 SCFM to 1.0 SCFM and power options up to 300 watts. The Maximum recommended exhaust temperature is 900°F (482°C). UL Listed.

The heater is built with all stainless-steel components, UL-listed materials, and rugged construction. It is engineered for long service life in benchtop systems, test fixtures, OEM equipment, and continuous industrial operation.
While the heater can operate on basic power sources, TUTCO Farnam strongly recommends closed-loop temperature control, such as a PID controller with thermocouple feedback, to maintain temperature accuracy and prevent overheating.
Yes. It supports up to 120 PSIG with minimal leakage due to its stainless-steel construction and precision fittings.
