Customers often needed something more powerful than the four psi handled by our Farnam Flow Torch™ heaters but didn’t require the intense 500 psi or 1400°F exhaust temperatures offered by TUTCO SureHeat products. That’s where the Pressure Torch™ comes in—a versatile solution offering up to 150 psi and exhaust temperatures below 932°F. Essentially an evolution of our Flow Torch™ line (think of it as a high-performance hairdryer in a stainless steel tube), the Pressure Torch™ builds on that design by housing the heater in a pressure vessel. This innovative heater comes in three sizes: 4-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch diameters, with power outputs ranging from 10 kW to 75 kW, capable of handling airflows up to 2000 SCFM.

The low-mass open coil design ensures rapid heat-up and cool-down, saving both energy and time, while the heater’s low-pressure drop means minimal obstruction to airflow, even at medium pressures.
