Heat Press Transfer Machine
Our client was seeking a better heating solution for their heat press transfer machines. Manufactured in a variety of sizes, they sought better performance ideally for less. Our solution was a thin mica heater clamped to an aluminum plate, profiled to give very even temperature distribution. We achieved a 50% improvement in temperature distribution over the cast-in tubular heater originally used. Performance increased and the cost was reduced about 40%.
