The MC-5A is a compact closed-loop heater controller that’s easy to program and connect. The controller can be connected to any 85 - 240 VAC heating products up to 5A and includes a single Type K thermocouple connection. The MC-5A Temperature Controller is ideal for quick and easy temperature regulation of Tutco – Farnam flex heaters, as well as a number of our other heating solutions.

Features and Benefits

• A multi-color RGB LED informs you of operation states, process events, and alarms. 
•  An easy to read digital display is used to monitor set point temperature, and process temperature. 
•  Simple button programming fob is inserted into the RJ-11 jack to enter the required set point temperature. Once finished, the programming fob may be removed from the RJ-11 jack, preventing unauthorized change or tampering of the set point temperature. One button programming fob can be used to program multiple MC – 5A temperature controllers. 
•  For your safety, power is automatically removed from the heater when entering programming mode. Power is automatically removed from the heater when the temperature exceeds the high limit temperature of 200C.
